Shipping information
CPO Luxe Watches offers free worldwide shipping to all customers. Every watch which is shown on our website and is in stock, is generally sent within one business day after reception of your order and verification of your payment by our bank. Orders will ship well-protected and fully insured with DHL Express service and are free of charge to all our customers.
If you prefer to use a different courier for your country, then please let us know by email info@cpoluxewatches.eu as soon as possible so that we can take this into account.

Note that your order may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are always the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order pricing. Expected time of arrival
The expected time of arrival depends on the country the package is being shipped to. Under normal circumstances, an order being shipped to an address in the Netherlands arrives the next business day. When the order ships to customers within Europe, the shipment usually takes up to one or two business days depending per country. For customers outside Europe five business days are to be expected.

Each and every watch that we stock will be sent within one business day, when possible, and after receipt of your order and verification of payment by our bank.
Orders will be sent well-protected and of course, fully insured.
Delivery Times
At CPO Luxe Watches, all watches we stock will arrive within two to six business days unless stated otherwise.
Our company works with highly rated couriers to ensure our orders arrive as quickly as possible. But unfortunately, there may be times when shipping and delivery is delayed but in these cases, we will always keep our customers well informed and up to date.

Can you deliver to a local hub such as a DHL Store so I can pick up the package when I want?
Yes, we actually prefer this over delivering to your residence and will ask you if you want this option when we call you to schedule delivery. It is safer, preventing a driver from mistakenly leaving packages at your door without a signature. It is also more convenient as you can pick up the package at a time of your choosing. You will have to provide a government ID to prove your identity.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Estimated delivery is between 1-4 business days. However, if you'd like us to hold your order to deliver on a specific day, we can.
How much does shipping cost?
For all watches, shipping within the EU is free. International shipping varies by country.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we are experienced in shipping to Europe, US, UK, the Middle East, and Australia.
Can I track my order?
Yes, since we ship all watches overnight, you will receive tracking information the day before delivery. You will receive frequent email notifications detailing the status of your package.
Is my package insured during shipping?
Yes, all shipments are fully insured for the value of the watch. This ensures that your investment is protected from the moment it leaves our shop until it arrives at you. Once you sign for the package, insurance is over. Do not sign for a package that has signs of being opened or extreme damage.
Is a signature required for delivery?
Yes, for security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery. This ensures that your watch is safely received.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Delays by the shipping carriers are usually weather-related or mechanical failure-related. We will work with the carrier to determine the severity of the delay and determine a new delivery date. In the rare event of a lost package, we will immediately open an investigation to find the package. If it is not found, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Yes, if your payment method was either bank wire or cash/check. If your payment method was a credit card, we cannot change the address for security reasons and would need to cancel the transaction and process it again with the new shipping address.
What if I receive a damaged or opened package?
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or appears to be opened, please do not sign or accept delivery. This will return the package to us and insurance will remain active. Immediately give us a call so we can determine the extent of the situation. Signing for the package and accepting delivery will end insurance and all liability for the merchandise thereafter is yours.
How do you ensure the safety of my watch during shipping?
We use high-quality packaging materials and methods to secure your watch during transit. Additionally, all shipments are overnight and fully insured to protect against loss or damage.
